This year’s #EMIFF will curate over 100 screenings, networking events, panel talks, Island excursions and master classes, attracting over 4,000 guests from over 30 countries.

Evolution! Mallorca International Film Festival beginnt am 24. Oktober 2019

Bereits zum 8. Mal versammelt das EMIFF die internationale Filmszene auf Mallorca. Vom 24. bis 29. Oktober treffen sich Regisseure, Schauspieler und Autoren zu Meetups und Podiumsgesprächen in Palma. 4.000 Gäste aus 30 Ländern werden erwartet. Ein Highlight ist der zweitägige Casting-Workshop von Lucinda Syson, sie besetzte Blockbuster wie Das fünfte Element für Luc Besson und Spygame für Tony Scott. In den Kinos der Stadt werden 100 Filme des Festivals gezeigt, darunter Come As You Are, Beyond The Horizon und The Mallorca Files. Event-Locations sind Rialto Living und die Gerhardt Braun Galerie. Die große Closing Night Film & Awards Ceremony am 29. Oktober 2019 um 19.30 Uhr findet in diesem Jahr im Palau de Congressos statt. Tickets sind online erhältlich oder an der Abendkasse.
